3. Data collection on our website (Wix hosting)

Our website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. When you visit our website, Wix automatically collects server log files (including IP address, date and time of access, browser type). This is technically necessary to ensure the stability and security of the website (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

4. Privacy policy for the mobile app "Connect Planner"

The following provisions apply specifically to the use of our mobile application "Connect Planner".

4.1 Registration and authentication

Our app offers various registration and login options to manage your profile and synchronize it across platforms. These include: - Registration via email and password - Social login via Google Sign-In - Social login via Apple Sign-In - Anonymous login (guest account)

When using social logins, we receive from the respective provider (Google or Apple) a unique ID and the email address linked to your account in order to verify your account. Processing is based on your consent and/or for the performance of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and b GDPR). 4.2 Cloud infrastructure and data hosting To provide the functions of the collaborative calendar, availability features and the profile coin shop, your data is stored and processed in a cloud database. Storage takes place on secure cloud servers within the European Union. This ensures that your data is protected in accordance with the strict standards of the GDPR. Data processing serves the performance of the user contract for the app (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

4.3 In-app purchases and coin shop

Within the app, you can purchase coins and profile frames. All payments and transactions are processed entirely and directly via the payment systems of the app stores:

- Apple App Store: Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland

- Google Play Store: Google Ireland Limited, Ireland

We (Life Enhancer Studios) do not collect, process or store credit card data, bank details or other payment information on our own infrastructure at any time.

4.4 Push notifications

If you allow this in your device settings, the app will send you push notifications (e.g. when new event confirmations arrive or when friends’ statuses change). For technical delivery, we use the Expo Notification Service. An anonymized push token is transmitted to the servers of Expo for this purpose. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can disable these notifications at any time in the settings of the app or your smartphone.

4.5 Diagnostics, error reports and crash analytics

To improve app stability and fix software errors, automated diagnostic and crash reports are collected if an unexpected error occurs. These reports contain purely technical information (e.g. device type, operating system version, time of the error and affected line of code) and no directly identifiable personal data. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a technically error-free and secure app (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
