What to expect when your account is removed - All profile details and app data will be deleted or made anonymous, within legal boundaries. - Some information might be kept for tax, security, or legal compliance. Processing typically takes up to 30 days. Our team will email you if we require additional details. Note for App Store and Google Play users: uninstalling the software from your phone does not close your account. You are required to use this specific form to ensure your profile is officially removed.

Where does my info go?
Private details, calendar logs, and profiles no longer in use are wiped or anonymized where possible. We only retain specific records if required by law for a set duration, after which they are also permanently erased.
Is it possible to reset?
No. Once your profile is purged, the data is gone forever. Feel free to register for a brand-new Connect Planner account in the future.
